1 Samuel 15:23

SV	Want wederspannigheid is een zonde der toverij, en wederstreven is afgoderij en beeldendienst. Omdat gij des HEEREN woord verworpen hebt, zo heeft Hij u verworpen, dat gij geen koning zult zijn.
WLC	כִּ֤י חַטַּאת־קֶ֙סֶם֙ מֶ֔רִי וְאָ֥וֶן וּתְרָפִ֖ים הַפְצַ֑ר יַ֗עַן מָאַ֙סְתָּ֙ אֶת־דְּבַ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה וַיִּמְאָסְךָ֖ מִמֶּֽלֶךְ׃ ס
Trans.	kî ḥaṭṭa’ṯ-qesem merî wə’āwen ûṯərāfîm hafəṣar y^a‘an mā’asətā ’eṯ-dəḇar JHWH wayyimə’āsəḵā mimmeleḵə:

AC	כג כי חטאת קסם מרי ואון ותרפים הפצר יען מאסת את דבר יהוה וימאסך ממלך {ס}
ASV	For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as idolatry and teraphim. Because thou hast rejected the word of Jehovah, he hath also rejected thee from being king.
BE	For to go against his orders is like the sin of those who make use of secret arts, and pride is like giving worship to images. Because you have put away from you the word of the Lord, he has put you from your place as king.
Darby	For rebellion is [as] the sin of divination, And selfwill is [as] iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of Jehovah, He hath also rejected thee from being king.
ELB05	Denn wie Sünde der Wahrsagerei ist Widerspenstigkeit, und der Eigenwille wie Abgötterei und Götzendienst. Weil du das Wort Jehovas verworfen hast, so hat er dich verworfen, daß du nicht mehr König seiest.
LSG	Car la désobéissance est aussi coupable que la divination, et la résistance ne l'est pas moins que l'idolâtrie et les théraphim. Puisque tu as rejeté la parole de l'Eternel, il te rejette aussi comme roi.
Sch	Denn Ungehorsam ist Zaubereisünde, und Widerspenstigkeit ist Frevel und Abgötterei. Weil du nun des HERRN Wort verworfen hast, so hat auch er dich verworfen, daß du nicht König sein sollst!
